Santa Cecilia in Trastevere

This is a 5th century church in Rome devoted to the Roman martyr Saint Cecilia. She was the patroness of musicians. There was a nun playing the organ the entire time we were there.

My grandmothers name was Ouida Celia Parker, so when I heard the name of this church it reminded me of her. I think she would have absolutely loved the art in this church and all of Rome.
